About the Role

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. They work with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provide in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more. The company has over 200 beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada, and was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. The objective of the Brand Executive position is to strategically support client brands in various retailers by achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build sales strategies for assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with Brand Ambassadors, Store Leadership, and territory District Managers.
  • Provide weekly and monthly business recaps of the territory to highlight business drivers and opportunities.
  • Plan, communicate, and execute all in-store events and product launches.
  • Monitor rank and competitive performance per store and adjust strategy to achieve performance goals.
  • Establish strategy and drive execution across the territory.
  • Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
  • Be accountable for Brand Specialist performance in the region.
  • Coach and develop Brand Specialist performance through in-store visits and communication.
  • Build solid and productive working relationships with corporate teams to align on strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of in-store retail environment.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
  • Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Must be available on weekends and flexible to meet job objectives.
  • Beauty savvy and able to represent the company culture that is both polished and professional.
  • Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territory.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
