Brand Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute innovative brand strategies that drive brand awareness, equity, and market penetration.
• Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel brand awareness campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, PR, events, and sponsorships.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and expand presence in target markets, identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Define and articulate the brand's identity, personality, and messaging to communicate its value proposition and resonate with target audiences.
• Analyze market research and customer insights to refine and optimize the brand's positioning strategy.
• Act as the custodian of the brand, ensuring all marketing communications, visual assets, and brand experiences reflect brand values and guidelines.
• Develop initiatives to enhance the brand's equity and reputation, including partnerships, community engagement, and collaborations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and external agencies, to ensure alignment of brand strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the design or home furnishings industry.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to derive insights and inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and inspire stakeholders.
• Passion for design, creativity, and storytelling.

Nice to Have

• Experience within the design or home furnishings industry.
• Experience with experiential activations and influencer collaborations.
• Knowledge of market research and trend analysis.

Qualifications
