About the Role

Brazi Bites is on a mission to create joyful moments through craveable, frozen foods that are naturally gluten-free and instantly loved. As a fast-growing brand with a dedicated following, we're fueling innovation and building long-term brand equity while bringing excitement to the freezer aisle. We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and highly motivated Brand Manager to lead core brand programs and support innovation efforts across channels. This is a highly cross-functional role that collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, and the Marketing team to ensure brand alignment, insight integration, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and execution of brand strategy and annual planning in close partnership with the CMO
  • Translate high level brand goals into actionable programs that deliver growth and deepen consumer connection
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all consumer facing touchpoints are consistent, insight driven, and aligned with brand strategy
  • Manage the innovation pipeline and new product launch execution from concept through commercialization, in partnership with the CMO and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct category, trend, and consumer analysis to inform white space identification and positioning
  • Support go-to-market strategy including naming, packaging, launch plans, and retail support
  • Lead day-to-day work with the paid media agency—including campaign strategy, content approvals, budget tracking, KPI setting, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization
  • Manage shopper marketing programs and agency relationships to support retail goals, ensuring initiatives are strategic, measurable, and delivered on budget
  • Manage the PR agency as needed (e.g., new product launches), partnering with the CMO on messaging and campaign direction
  • Manage other key marketing vendors including store locator platforms, coupon partners, and product review services, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing efforts
  • Create and manage sales tools including sell sheets, sales decks, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support retailer specific plans and velocity growth
  • Lead execution of account specific marketing tactics (emails, digital coupons, social content, product reviews, locator updates, shopper programs) aligned with brand strategy, distribution rollouts, and promotional activities
  • Partner with CMO, internal and external teams to develop and execute creative, high-impact brand campaigns
  • Ensure all consumer facing touchpoints are on brand, up to date, strategically aligned and informed by real time learnings
  • Maintain and distribute updated brand assets to internal teams and external partners
  • Set, track and report monthly on performance across brand campaigns, innovation launches and shopper programming
  • Monitor brand health and conversion metrics to identify opportunities and guide optimization
  • Manage designated areas of the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and return
  • Oversee execution of trade shows, demos, and events in collaboration with the Event Manager
  • Ensure brand presence and experience are consistent and compelling across all activations

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and brand building within a CPG environment
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to work cross functionally and manage external partners
  • Analytical and insight driven mindset; comfortable interpreting data to guide decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for consumer behavior and storytelling
  • Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience leading brand initiatives and supporting innovation launches
  • Skilled at managing agencies and vendor relationships
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in food or CPG
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with marketing performance tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agency management and cross-channel marketing
  • Experience supporting new product launches in a CPG environment

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in food or CPG
