About the Role

Aquent Talent is partnering with a leading consumer goods company to find a passionate and driven Brand Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate the brand and drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the development of annual marketing plans, and contribute to the long-term vision of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the development and execution of annual marketing plans encompassing all aspects of the marketing mix, including packaging, new product development and launch, pricing, promotion, market research, advertising, and media.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Packaging Operations, Supply Chain, R D, and Finance, to execute key business initiatives.
Participate in the Integrated Commercial Planning process, ensuring seamless implementation of brand initiatives within retail channels.
Lead monthly brand reviews, analyzing market share and shipment performance, identifying root causes, and developing actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management within the Consumer Packaged Goods/Beverage industry.
Proven experience in brand development, agency management, and brand planning (commercialization, budgeting, and forecasting).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytical expertise, and familiarity with syndicated and internal data sources.
