Brand Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the vision for the brand's marketing strategy.
• Execute the brand's marketing strategy by leading and providing direction to the creative and communications teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide value added marketing initiatives.
• Promote specified brands through social media, websites, external communications, events and other brand marketing strategies.
• Develop advertising and literature, photography, videos, POP materials, sales materials and press releases/media relations for assigned brands.
• Manage marketing activities related to product launches.
• Assist sales team on dealer promotions.
• Assist Events Manager in the coordination of brand centric events and other special products.

Requirements

• Requires 3 to 5 years of related experience and BA/BS in marketing or related field.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with company personnel and outside agencies.
• Requires the ability to develop and maintain highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
• Must possess good analytical and organizational skills.
• Work may require sitting, standing, working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 90% of the day, and occasionally working in a hot, humid outdoor environment.
• Requires the ability to travel between field locations, as well as attend shows and events as necessary.
• Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds.
