The role of the Brand Manager, Marketing - Portfolio Evolution, involves leading strategic initiatives to assess and evolve the company's product portfolio, focusing on ingredient innovation and commercialization, within a company culture that emphasizes ownership, meritocracy, collaboration, and bold thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the removal of FD&C colors across the desserts portfolio based on brand strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new or renovated products, including procurement, operations, R&D, project management, and consumer testing.
  • Monitor consumer sentiment related to ingredient changes and develop cohesive claims strategies.
  • Build holistic product propositions, including product and packaging changes, pricing strategies, and other portfolio enhancements.
  • Support ingredient strategy development for the US portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA with Strategy, Marketing, or General Management emphasis preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or brand management.
  • 4+ years of commercialization experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills to lead complex cross-functional workstreams.
  • Resilience in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
  • Strategic, big-picture thinking with excellent execution skills.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving data-led decisions.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with complex product commercialization processes.
  • Knowledge of P&L, capital processes, and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA with emphasis on Strategy, Marketing, or General Management (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing or product management experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of commercialization experience.
