About the Role

The Marketing Manager for CASE Construction Equipment is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role focuses on integrated campaign development, social media strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with strong analytical skills to optimize brand performance and manage agency and vendor relationships. This role is pivotal in promoting CASE products, services, and values to diverse customer segments globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated brand marketing strategies that promote CASE Construction Equipment products and services across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches and brand-building initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Own and execute the social media strategy to grow brand affinity, engagement, and online community presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including product marketing, regional marketing, PR, sales, and communications—to ensure message consistency and brand alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution of brand marketing projects.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all customer touchpoints, internal communications, and external materials.
  • Support strategic planning and budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring resource alignment with brand priorities.
  • Adapt global strategies to local markets, working closely with regional teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for target audiences.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital strategy, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a track record of leading complex campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience managing external agencies and budgets.
  • Knowledge of the construction equipment industry is a plus.
