About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Brand Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence within the Brand & Creative team by streamlining processes, managing brand technology and assets while helping the department set for scale. The ideal candidate has strong brand management understanding, excellent project management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Brand Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate GTM calendar into actionable Plan of Record.
  • Collaborate with Traffic Manager on creative resource allocation.
  • Manage centralized brand assets (logos, style guides, imagery).
  • Oversee DAM implementation and maintenance for easy access.
  • Manage brand material creation, version control, and archiving.
  • Own Snowstore (company merchandise site) and vendor relationship.
  • Ensure consistent project folder structure in Drive and Wrike.
  • Become a Wrike expert; automate and improve workflows.
  • Leverage AI for repeatable steps to streamline brand processes.
  • Create and implement Brand Marketing approval processes.
  • Evaluate, implement, and refine project management tools for timely delivery.
  • Manage creation of standardized tools and templates.
  • Act as liaison between the Brand team and other departments.
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines and training programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Evangelize and enforce processes, redirecting requests through Wrike for tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct regular brand audits for compliance and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (design, production).
  • Oversee partner project budgets.
  • Ensure high-quality output within parameters.
  • Own RFP process.
  • Refine metrics quantification and validation, applying to strategy and planning.
  • Develop and track KPIs for brand operations effectiveness.
  • Generate reports on brand asset usage, project status, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data for trends and insights to inform brand operations and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the head of the department on annual budgets, finance partnerships, and departmental budget oversight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in brand operations, marketing operations, or project management, with a strong focus on brand management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing brand assets and implementing brand operational processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles, including brand identity, brand guidelines, and brand governance.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a global brand.
  • Familiarity with creative development processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in brand operations.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace apps: Slides, Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Adobe AEM.
  • Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications, Graphic Design or similar discipline. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
