About the Role

The Brand Social Marketing Project Manager (Internal Enterprise Creative) role in Los Angeles is focused on supporting a global launch initiative by coordinating across multiple regions, managing legal and partner routing, and ensuring operational alignment. The position involves acting as a central point of contact for regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely execution across platforms and markets. The role is on-site in Los Angeles, supporting the company's efforts to deliver creative and marketing projects on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact connecting regional teams, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timing across all markets.
Partner with legal and content teams to navigate requirements, restrictions, and compliance issues throughout the launch process.
Develop comprehensive project timelines, manage stakeholders, track critical dates and creative deliverables, and escalate blockers to leadership across the global launch process.
Facilitate communication between marketing, publicity, legal, operations, and regional teams to maintain unified execution.
Coordinate regional branding changes and ensure all deliverables are ready for launch across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Support the global launch focusing on cross-regional coordination, creative routing, stakeholder management, and legal alignment.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant Creative Brand Marketing Project Management experience.
Experience coordinating launches across multiple regions (localization), legal/partner routing, and operational functions simultaneously.
Experience connecting regional teams, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and timing across all markets.
Experience partnering with legal and content teams to navigate requirements, restrictions, and compliance issues throughout the launch process.
Experience developing comprehensive project timelines, managing stakeholders, tracking critical dates/creative, and escalating blockers to leadership across the globe.
Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and comfortable navigating complex organizations in a matrixed enterprise environment.
Ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders, senior managers, and VP partners.
Entertainment/media industry experience.
Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience.
