Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Execute on multiple sourcing plans at a time utilizing creative and digital sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates.
  • Stay current on trends, tools, and platforms relevant to the roles being sourced.
  • Map online talent communities and identify where target candidates spend their time.
  • Partner with marketing and TA teams to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with diverse talent audiences.
  • Communicate our employer value proposition effectively to attract and retain interest.
  • Track sourcing metrics and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.
  • Analyze sourcing data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve candidate quality.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and candidate engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of digital marketing, talent branding and/or recruitment sourcing experience.
  • Ability to create candidate focused marketing campaign plans and manage a small marketing budget.
  • Keen awareness of what drives people to apply to jobs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, paid advertising and other online sourcing tools.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Base salary range of $60,000 - $85,000.
