About the Role

The BrickLink Autumn Intern 2025 role is a marketing internship at The LEGO Group, based in Irvine, California. The position involves supporting marketing campaigns to reach children and Grown Up fans, driving innovation, strategic integration, and expanding the connected LEGO ecosystem. The intern will work in a hybrid environment, contributing to the development and execution of insight-driven marketing initiatives that enhance the BrickLink brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Head of Marketing, BrickLink, and own strategic campaigns and programs focusing on marketing innovation and integration.
  • Develop proficiency in BrickLink's relationship with LEGO, the toy industry, and the competitive landscape to deliver the LEGO brand experience.
  • Translate understanding of BrickLink members into innovative, insight-derived marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Build consensus with internal and external partners to drive the Grown Ups business and grow affinity among Grown Up fans.
  • Craft creative marketing solutions that meet business goals while advancing LEGO BrickLink Marketing direction.
  • Implement global plans with excellence, increase integration with the Grown Ups ecosystem, and identify new business opportunities through agile approaches.
  • Strengthen the connected LEGO ecosystem by amplifying BrickLink's role as a brand lighthouse.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Digital-oriented marketer with proficiency in full funnel marketing planning, including owned, earned, shared, and paid media.
  • Influential collaborator and relationship-manager, capable of building consensus with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strategic business orientation with the ability to balance analytical and creative thinking.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (estimated 5%).
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, results-oriented, and well-organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguous situations with self-direction.
  • Video & Photo Editing skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Relevant marketing experience (2+ years).
