About the Role

Centered in the heart of Yuba-Sutter County, Adventist Health and Rideout has been one of the area's leading healthcare providers since 1907. We are comprised of a 221-bed hospital, 21 physician clinics, home care services, comprehensive cancer care and a vast scope of award-winning services located throughout Marysville and the surrounding areas. The role involves supporting hospital management with financial analysis, developing reports, and overseeing donor database systems to aid in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support hospital management with assessment of strategic decisions through developing financial models.
Assist in the development and analysis of reports supporting departments, programs and/or service line leadership.
Oversee the integrity of donor database systems, industry philanthropic surveys and reporting.
Complete new product line research and market analysis, preparing analysis and summary reports.
Create financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed.
Prepare pro forma analysis and presentations for equipment purchases, capital projects and new service line development.
Assist in developing business plans for projects and programs.
Draft reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts.
Participate in the development of presentations.
Assist with researching various technical and industry-specific issues.
Assess fundraising tracking systems to maximize efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Manage reviews during third-party appraisals.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Three years' accounting or finance experience (preferred).
Three years' experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
