Business Development and Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies for business development initiatives.
• Monitoring market trends to inform strategic decisions and ensuring business development activities align with organizational goals.
• Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and negotiating contracts.
• Maintaining knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, advertising, consumer loyalty programs, and technology, making strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Planning, directing, and implementing community-based and partner events, identifying strategic relationships to build the AdventHealth brand.
• Managing the development and execution of marketing materials and content, ensuring adherence to brand standards and leveraging creative services and vendors.
• Conducting market research projects related to market, brand, key service lines, and strategy development, working closely with the market research team.
• Developing and executing annual marketing and business development plans and budgets to achieve branding, volume, market share, and service line goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 plus years of experience required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
