About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Quality Engineering services across target industries.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
• Understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of QE services including test automation, performance testing, security testing, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the QE space.
• Willingness to travel across locations in the US for business development purposes.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, with at least 10 years focused on Quality Engineering or IT services, specifically within the US market.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/DevOps practices, and modern testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience selling to Fortune 500 clients.
• Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Jenkins, and cloud-based testing platforms.
• Existing network of contacts in target industries.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C++ (as indicated by desired skills).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range: $140,000 - $195,000 a year.
