Key Responsibilities

  • Support BPO/BPM/BPS services as a Client Partner/Sales Practitioner (Director).
  • Lead program management of initiatives to transform customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain effective key relationships with clients.
  • Manage existing focus accounts in Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP).
  • Drive profitable growth by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead account strategy and planning to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, CoE, and Delivery teams to provide domain expertise and represent industry solutions.
  • Work with the Marketing team to define pre-sales messages and marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Delivery team during solution implementation for insights and handoffs.
  • Build a trusted group of reference-able customers to vouch for Wipro.
  • Drive resource forecasting for the account from confirmed opportunities and pipeline.
  • Participate in strategic planning as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Conduct pre-sales reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to enhance customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Manage strategic customer engagements to ensure satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between solution teams, delivery, and customers.
  • Identify and create strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years of experience in BPO.
  • Experience in leading program management and client relationship development.
  • Ability to develop and execute account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic customer accounts and driving sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in BPO or related fields.

  • Expected annual pay ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00.
