About the Role
Outlook Group is a full solution packaging manufacturer with over 45 years of experience in the packaging and printing industry. We specialize in custom printed labels, including MICROLINER, our proprietary ultra-thin label solution, folding cartons, flexible packaging, and integrated contract packaging solutions. Our talented team collaborates with customers to design and manufacture custom-engineered solutions that meet specific needs. We believe in providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
- Conducting market research and creating business development plans.
- Building relationships with potential clients.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to develop tailored packaging solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
- Excellent market research and analysis skills.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to create and implement business development plans.
- Understanding of the packaging and printing industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
