Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs).
  • Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to bring in new business, including some in-person meetings as appropriate.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing and potential partners to align solutions with their needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback about ongoing industry trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build relationships and be a true hunter in sales.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in English and another language, preferably Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
