Key Responsibilities

Sell Manpower services to clients, focusing on new business development and securing new client logos.
Present value propositions and educate potential clients on talent strategy via the Manpower story with temporary staffing and permanent placement.
Secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute a territory plan to capitalize on market and industry opportunities.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to transition to the branch manager and delivery team.
Partner with individual or multiple markets to provide solutions for clients and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

2+ years of experience selling a solution in a service industry.
Proven performance in a competitive or entrepreneurial environment.
High School diploma or GED.
