Key Responsibilities

• Technical grooming of the team
• Leading testing activities for Calypso derivatives and foreign exchange products
• Client management and communication
• Estimation, project planning, and tracking
• Preparing status and progress reports

Requirements

• Calypso Test Lead experience with 8+ years' experience
• Calypso Product Knowledge
• UFT/Q-Frame experience
• Experience on V16, V17, and V18 (good to have)
• Knowledge of derivatives is a must
• Foreign exchange experience is a plus
• Domain knowledge related to banking, finance, and derivatives
• Good communication skills
• Experience working in an agile methodology
• Experience leading a team
• Experience client management
• Hands-on experience with estimation, project planning, tracking, and reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience on V18
• Knowledge of foreign exchange
