About the Role

The Campaign Fulfilment Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the management of delivery of products on a contract from inception to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This role is based in Auburndale, MA, and involves coordinating campaign setup, fulfillment, and communication with internal teams and clients to ensure successful media campaigns and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure creative deadlines are met for all media campaigns
Build relationships with Advertisers to provide support and to fulfill campaigns in order to help build a loyal customer base
Communicate with the Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Product Ops teams about campaign status, performance, and execution
Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries over the telephone and through email
Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps
Ensure proper revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basis
Set up auto-reporting and own manual client reporting deliveries
Determine and execute campaign fulfillment strategy
QA and monitor delivery of campaigns and optimize where necessary
Conduct weekly product/client reporting
Process campaign changes, working with sales and clients to set proper expectations around impact and timing
Process lead returns and maintain system accuracy
Secure proof of delivery and handle month-end close tasks

Requirements
