About the Role

The Campaign Management 1 is responsible for supporting successful execution of marketing campaigns. The position collaborates with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and collateral. The Campaign Management 1 contributes to achievement of maximum return on investment of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist team members in implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing by maintaining templates and modifying as directed.
  • Participate in creation of campaign briefs and project plans outlining campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in the coordination with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets including landing pages, banners, email templates, and social media content.
  • Assist in delivering reports and regular updates to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Assist team members with A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates by tracking progress and flagging issues.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all campaign materials.
  • Support lead generation efforts by tracking campaign responses, managing lead data, and helping provide recommendations for lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Related experience in digital, social, and/or integrated advertising; agency experience a plus.
  • Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department.
  • Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with follow through and attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Sound business and technology acumen.
  • Proficient at Mac OS or Microsoft Windows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook or equivalent email and calendar software.
  • Up to 10% travel time required.
