About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and social media.
• Utilize SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Manage social media marketing efforts to engage audiences and build brand awareness.
• Oversee advertising sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, leveraging strong copywriting skills.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on all campaigns.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in B2B marketing segments.
• Design visually appealing assets using Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print advertising.
• Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics across all channels including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in campaign management or a similar role within the marketing field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles including performance marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
• Proficient in HTML for basic website editing tasks.
• Excellent research skills to inform campaign strategies and decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive copywriting.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing marketing budgets up to $100,000-$500,000.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or similar roles.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
• 1-2 years of WordPress SEO experience.

Benefits & Perks

• Part-time, contract position with a pay range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
• Expected hours: 20 per week.
