As a Senior Marketing Lead within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in one of the Marketing Hubs listed on the posting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead New Branch Marketing strategy to build awareness of PNC in new communities and increase consideration among prospective customers. This may include promotional cash offers, branch merchandising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, digital and radio.
  • Manage the test and learn agenda to drive innovation, improve performance, and gain data and insights to optimize the marketing approach.
  • Measure past campaign performance/core KPIs and leverage data insights and competitive trends to create an interconnected strategy.
  • Lead and oversee New Branch marketing design and execution by collaborating with agency partners, marketing colleagues, sales and distribution.
  • Drive a customer focused culture, leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge and using best-in-class, customer first strategies.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for products/initiatives/channels.
  • Support development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, value propositions, and target segments using competitive intelligence and insights.
  • Translate business outcomes into marketing strategies and execute complex, integrated marketing programs including advertising, sales content, and internal communications.
  • Influence and coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners to ensure program success.
  • Act as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record in designing customer-centric marketing.
  • A curious and analytical mindset with experience in applying data-driven marketing to decision making.
  • Passion for thinking differently and exploring new ideas for personalized marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead and work across multiple functional organizations.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to leverage large data sets for decision making.
  • Understanding of customer behavior research, metrics, and trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence senior and executive leadership.
  • 8+ years of consumer marketing experience, including marketing strategy.
  • Ability to act as a champion for change and handle challenges.
  • Advocacy for and voice of the customer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Industry relevant experience of 8+ years
  • No required certifications or licenses
