This position is with The Marley Company, which provides administrative support to SPX Enterprises HVAC Heating businesses, including Weil-McLain branded products. Key Responsibilities

Select photo images for marketing materials, blog posts, and websites
Develop images for social and blog posts
Update websites with lite edits on WordPress
Assist with rebranding by updating product collateral to new brand templates
Retouch and manipulate images
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate various marketing activities under the direction of a Sr Designer
Update backend systems with product and marketing content
Help manage, maintain, and organize the marketing file server of assets

Requirements

Experience in both print and digital design layout creations
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of color theory and typography
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams while independently managing projects
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field with a successful track record
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Work in office environment
Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit

Nice to Have

Experience with website updates and edits on WordPress
Experience with rebranding and updating product collateral

Qualifications

Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
