Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key CMX campaigns ensuring goals are met by managing campaign pacing, performance, and margin through continuous optimization.
  • Participate in weekly pod status meetings that include sales, account management, media planning, and analytics.
  • Surface overarching learnings to strengthen and enhance our streaming playbook.
  • Collaborate with client solutions and analytics teams to deliver on key client needs.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues with Google Ad Manager, demand side platforms (DSPs), and social platforms.
  • Manage issues related to campaign troubleshooting, delivery, and performance.
  • Participate in testing initiatives for new ad products and feature enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ad operations and media experience with an emphasis on buy-side expertise and a strong track record of successful campaign management.
  • 2+ years of experience buying media in major DSPs and social platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Experience with The Trade Desk.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).
