About the Role

Join PlanSource as a Paid Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid media strategies across digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with business objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, and channel mix to maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, and optimization across paid media channels.
  • Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and CAC.
  • Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to track performance and report on KPIs.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Work closely with marketing operations to ensure proper tracking and attribution.
  • Partner with campaigns, content, and creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets.
  • Align with sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up processes are optimized.
  • Manage relationships with external media vendors and agencies.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (search, display, social) in a B2B or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid programs while maintaining efficiency (CPL, ROAS).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms such as 6sense and DV360.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Pardot.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic growth tactics to complement paid efforts.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
