Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage multi-channel paid media strategies that align with business objectives and budgets.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform campaign plans and media mix recommendations.
  • Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms, including display, social, and programmatic.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to ensure precise targeting and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor trends and incorporate best practices to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing and iterative optimization to refine creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Utilize attribution models and advanced analytics to assess campaign impact and inform future investments.
  • Create and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and activate first- and third-party audiences, leveraging tools like CRM systems, Google and Website analytics, and data marketplaces.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data sources for enhanced audience targeting and personalization.
  • Explore and adopt new audience segmentation techniques and technologies to enhance relevance.
  • Manage campaign tracking setup, including pixel implementations, UTM parameters, and tagging configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any tracking or ad delivery issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of tracking processes and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Leverage marketing platforms and tools for campaign execution, tracking, and reporting (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs).
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies in paid media and assess their potential impact on campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign goals, performance, and optimization strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill internal teams on paid media strategies and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands-on campaign management.
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and integration of first-party data.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Knowledge of tracking technologies, including pixels, tagging, and attribution modeling.
  • Ability to manage complex campaigns, track metrics, and maintain accuracy in execution.
  • Clear and concise communication for presenting insights, collaborating with teams, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Must have high school degree or equivalent.
