Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic consultation.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and market trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive strategy assessments and campaign audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Analyze data to provide strategic insights and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of complex marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of campaign managers and associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Oversee resource allocation, workload management, and team development to maximize efficiency and output.
  • Ensure the smooth and timely execution of campaigns, coordinating efforts across creative, data, and production teams.
  • Monitor campaign progress, addressing any issues or risks that may arise, and implementing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all campaign deliverables.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, providing valuable feedback and suggestions.
  • Lead regular client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss strategies, and plan future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Technical Lead to ensure successful implementation of marketing automation platforms and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive campaign optimization and ensure alignment with clients' business objectives.
  • Recognize opportunities for expanding services and offerings to clients, leveraging organizational expertise to drive growth.
  • Ensure all campaign activities comply with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Utilize Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to understand, define and model audiences accurately, ensuring targeted and effective campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on data privacy laws and regulations to protect client and customer information.

Requirements

  • Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
  • Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the information technology or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, customer data segmentation, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and team members.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Campaign Management tools such as Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, or similar.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, or ITIL.
  • Knowledge of AI features in marketing automation platforms such as Einstein from SFMC, Adobe, Braze, etc AI features, with a focus on production and strategy implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
