This role involves supporting the end-to-end production and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on US SMB restaurant acquisition initiatives across multiple channels like email, events, paid, and organic. The position emphasizes email program management, asset creation, list import governance, troubleshooting, and cross-team communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end campaign production and execution across multiple channels and digital assets (email, events, content, paid, organic) for US SMB restaurant location acquisition initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns for email deliverability, audience targeting, reporting, and lead flow.
  • Manage project deliverables and communicate effectively across teams to drive projects forward.
  • Assist in marketing enablement by supporting documentation and training to increase technology adoption and operational alignment.
  • Become an expert in the client's marketing technology stack, identifying improvement areas and assisting with operational program development, troubleshooting, and QA.
  • Build and execute campaign requests targeting specific audiences, including email campaigns, programs for ad tracking, event programs, and email communications.
  • Support various teams and execution within Marketo, ensuring templated and easily executable campaign processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or demand generation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with other marketing and sales technologies such as Chili Piper, Salesforce, Zapier, Bizzabo, and project management tools like Asana, JIRA, Workfront.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working collaboratively with teams across different time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce campaigns experience.
  • Good communication skills, priority-setting capability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and detail-oriented; enjoys working with data and new technology.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with deadlines.
  • Experience with event management tools.
  • Proficiency with system integration principles and troubleshooting system/process failures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Benefits & Perks

  • Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
  • 20 hours per week.
  • Temporary position for 6 months.
