About the Role

Join KBR's Enterprise Growth Team (EGT) as a Capture Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and growth of a forward-thinking Growth Team. In this position, you will be an integral part of a high performing, innovative, and collaborative team, leveraging your expertise to drive business development, market expansion, and strategic pipeline development. You will support complex captures and serve as an ambassador for the EGT, collaborating with senior leadership and key functions to foster industry innovation and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage deep expertise within a designated market space to drive business development initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
Identify, develop, and lead targeted campaigns to open new market opportunities or expand KBR's presence in existing markets.
Assess KBR's current pipeline and growth strategy, identifying high-value opportunities and formulating comprehensive approaches for successful engagement and capture.
Support the pursuit of complex, long-term opportunities that demand a sophisticated understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and technical requirements.
Serve as an ambassador for the EGT, actively collaborating with senior leadership and key functions.

Requirements

Master's degree in Technical or Management fields.
20 years of experience with Operational/Program Management.
