About the Role

The Change Management Analyst will join the Enterprise Data & Analytics team at Workday, a company committed to a people-first culture and transforming enterprise software through innovative data and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication plans for initiatives, including enablement programs, process changes, and organizational updates.
  • Craft engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, and presentations to ensure clear messaging.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as Slack, email lists, collaboration platforms, and intranet pages.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new capabilities, tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
  • Track training participation and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain ED&A's core methodology and related capabilities.
  • Coordinate training and e-learning packages for ED&A and other Workmates.
  • Collaborate with team leads for updates, assets, and resources related to methodology execution.
  • Track and report on success metrics of methodology adoption.
  • Define and monitor key results and success metrics for change initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data related to change adoption, training effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on change management progress and outcomes.
  • Identify lessons learned from past change initiatives to improve future efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a change management, communications, or training role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with creating presentations and delivering engaging content.
  • Proficiency in website design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, SharePoint).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as ACMP or PMP are preferred.
