Our social media team continues to grow and we're seeking a Senior Associate to join our team to support platform strategy, social listening and insights for Chase's social media channels. You will have a specific emphasis on leading organic social platform strategy, leading social media listening projects to gather consumer and product/experience insights for partners, and compiling data-backed insights to inform editorial and content strategy. In addition, you will dive into data, possess strong storytelling skills to translate research and performance into strategic insights, and have a thorough knowledge of industry reporting and listening tools.
