Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop comprehensive global marketing strategies to elevate Ataccama's brand, generate demand, and drive market leadership in data management and AI.
  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of demand generation, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies to build a robust sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Implement analytics and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and campaign performance, continuously optimizing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance Ataccama's global brand awareness and reputation as a trusted leader in data management and AI.
  • Manage all creative direction to ensure visual and narrative consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Product team to develop go-to-market strategies for Ataccama ONE and its modules, ensuring clear product positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee creation of sales enablement materials and customer-facing content.
  • Manage public relations, analyst relations, and corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Champion Ataccama's culture and values through external communications.
  • Develop and implement a holistic, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CMO or Head of Marketing, with 15+ years in overall marketing roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in developing and executing enterprise-level go-to-market marketing strategies.
  • Experience in high-growth scale-up environments, especially from $50M to $500M ARR, with at least two years during growth phases surpassing $100M ARR.
  • Practical experience integrating AI tools and innovative use cases into marketing strategies.
  • Extensive demand generation experience, building high-quality sales pipelines.
  • Strong command of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, geo-targeting, email marketing, and web conversion optimization.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic field and partner marketing programs in collaboration with sales and leveraging partners and customers.
  • Proven product marketing leadership with experience in market positioning, category creation, and sales enablement.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach with a focus on marketing ROI and key metrics.
  • Experience in building strong enterprise brands, especially for lesser-known companies, with cost-effective awareness strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading, mentoring, and developing global marketing teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across departments and external stakeholders.
