About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all marketing activities for the US lines of business including Vehicle Payments, Payables, and Workforce Lodging.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Oversee product marketing, including market research, product positioning, pricing, and program development.
• Manage brand image and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
• Generate creative marketing messages and develop marketing materials such as videos, podcasts, and printed materials.
• Develop and execute brand campaigns and media plans.
• Lead demand generation efforts, including lifecycle marketing, campaign planning, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid media channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Oversee the USA Digital Sales Channel and achieve digital sales targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new revenue opportunities through corporate partnerships.
• Develop marketing plans to realize partnership opportunities and ensure partnerships achieve projected results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience post-MBA in a corporate marketing setting, such as B2B services or strategy consulting.
• Deep product marketing expertise.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Line of Business Leaders, Sales Leaders, and the senior executive team.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and innovative approaches to complex business opportunities.
• Proven leadership ability, including recruiting top marketing talent and developing teams.
• Creative thinker with strong operational execution skills.
• High sense of urgency, results orientation, and executive presence.
• Unconditional ethics and integrity.
• Hands-on work ethic and ability to mentor, develop, and motivate staff.

Nice to Have

• MBA degree (strongly preferred).
