About the Role

The Principal Global Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager at Adobe is a strategic role within the Enterprise marketing team responsible for coordinating and aligning marketing efforts across channels to deliver a consistent brand message. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collaborative development of marketing strategies that span across multiple channels and regions.
  • Lead the development of integrated campaigns, communicating strategy, intended outcomes, audience targeting, tactics, and key metrics to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Streamline efforts across teams to implement campaigns effectively and ensure a unified strategy across marketing channels.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, developing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate extensively with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Events, BDRs, GMO, and senior leadership to influence and ensure alignment.
  • Develop and communicate end-to-end campaign plans, including strategy, activation, and regional pursuits.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across content, channels, and related teams, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights and opportunities for improvement to enhance marketing impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
  • Strong ability to communicate strategy, tactics, and performance metrics to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies relevant to marketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
