About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all marketing activities for the US lines of business including Vehicle Payments, Payables, and Workforce Lodging.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Oversee product marketing activities such as market research, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Manage brand image and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.
• Generate creative marketing messages and develop marketing materials like videos, podcasts, and printed materials.
• Develop and implement brand campaigns and media plans.
• Lead demand generation efforts including lifecycle marketing, campaign planning, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid media channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Oversee the USA Digital Sales Channel and achieve annual digital sales targets.
• Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities via corporate partnerships.
• Size revenue and profit potential of partnerships.
• Define partnership roles and tailor partnership economics.
• Negotiate and execute commercial contracts related to partnerships.
• Develop marketing plans to realize partnership opportunities and ensure projected results are achieved.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience post-MBA in a corporate marketing setting, preferably in B2B services.
• Strong background in product marketing, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Deep expertise in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and innovative approach to business opportunities.
• Proven leadership skills, including recruiting and developing marketing talent.
• High level of intellectual curiosity and ability to translate insights into strategies.
• Excellent relationship skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with operational execution skills.
• High sense of urgency, results-oriented, and credible communicator.

Nice to Have
