About the Role

The Commercial Marketing Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile US. The role requires competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, change & innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional leadership. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure flawless execution of marketing offers and performance management, contributing to the company's growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing, and more, requiring strong cross-functional partnership across the enterprise.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Postpaid portfolio, including analysis of customer insights and business performance, development of promotional offers, and performance management.
  • Identify opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance, and customer pain points, and provide strategic recommendations on offers and programs to capture new customers.
  • Assist with managing quarterly business performance, including results analysis, contingency planning, and plan development in a competitive environment.
  • Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership that share a customer-centric story.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years of marketing experience in categories such as software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal methods.
  • Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.

Nice to Have

  • Master's or Advanced Degree
  • Additional experience or skills in marketing strategy and consumer insights.

Qualifications

  • Educational background including a Bachelor's Degree (required) and a Master's/Advanced Degree (preferred).
  • Experience in marketing within relevant categories and strong communication skills.
