Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global marketing programs by defining goals, target markets, and positioning for different regions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, regional behaviors, and competitive landscapes in target markets.
  • Adapt and localize marketing approaches, including brand messaging, campaigns, and product positioning to suit cultural nuances and local preferences.
  • Set revenue and lead generation goals for international markets to measure marketing effectiveness and drive pipeline growth.
  • Position and execute strategies for conferences, trade shows, and webinars aligned with business and global marketing objectives.
  • Create and launch marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Manage marketing materials and assets, overseeing their creation and regional adaptation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, enablement, and regional marketing to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Leverage marketing tools and processes to improve departmental efficiencies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across international markets and oversee localization efforts including translations and regional adaptations.
  • Build a strong global brand image to foster recognition and trust among diverse international audiences.
  • Develop M&A portfolio go-to-market programs and collaborate on marketing strategies for business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in administrative roles and team leadership.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support events or meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Experience working with international markets and localization efforts.
