Commercial Printing- Marketing/CSR

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process orders and ensure accurate job specs are communicated to the production team
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote printing services across digital and traditional platforms
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to guide future campaigns

Requirements

• Marketing/sales experience
• Great verbal/written communication skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, hard-working, diligent and has great work ethic

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or sales
• Strong communication skills
