Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and branding materials for Arcare, Arcare's family of companies, and agency clients.
• Develop creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, brochures, signage, and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with client goals and strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain and organize design files and brand assets for internal and client use.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality printed materials and timely delivery.
• Proofread and review all design work for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before submission.
• Assist in client relations as directed by the VP of Brand Management and agency Principal.
• Attend and engage in team and client meetings.
• Assist in the leadership and team as needed in other related activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to all vendors, community partners, clients, and employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, community relations, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customized software.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
