About the Role

The Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to respond to client requests for marketing assets and campaign approvals for licensed titles. This role will also support the sales team with marketing materials for their content licensing efforts. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the ideal candidate likes working semi-autonomously and can meet daily and long-term deadlines. Key Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains working relationships with client marketing teams to stay informed on their campaign plans and requirements.
  • Delivers timely and accurate asset information to priority clients, including asset availability and embargo information.
  • Works with internal groups (publicity, legal, etc.) to get approval for client marketing tactics.
  • Works closely with sales reps and the internal creative services team to provide sales support materials including sell sheets, pitch decks, and screeners.
  • Assists in screener related workflows.
  • Provides support with ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or related field, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing; experience in entertainment marketing a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems and video/image files and specs.
  • Familiarity with project tracking and scheduling programs such as Airtable is a plus.
  • Proven success in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in professional settings.
  • Proactive collaborator with staff, administrators, external partners, and senior management.
  • Outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in entertainment marketing.
  • Familiarity with project tracking and scheduling programs such as Airtable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
