Community Marketing Director (Long Term Care)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and executing marketing strategies to reach target audiences, including developing marketing materials, managing social media, and coordinating community events.
• Establishing and maintaining connections with healthcare professionals, referral sources (hospitals, senior centers, etc.), and community organizations.
• Participating in health fairs, community events, and presentations to educate the public about healthcare services and promote the organization's offerings.
• Working closely with admissions, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure a consistent and positive patient experience.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of marketing activities and data related to community referrals.

Requirements

• Experience of 2+ years in long-term care.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulations, ethical considerations, and patient privacy (HIPAA).

Nice to Have

• Admissions experience (1 year, preferred).
• License/Certification: LPN (preferred).
