About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for community building operation of the Lemon8 app.
• Enhance user activity and sense of belonging through content guidance, online campaigns, and niche interest group building.
• Gain in-depth insights into the demands and preferences of the target audience.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to shape content and influencer strategies.
• Discover and cultivate high-quality creators and active users, establish core user communities, and encourage content production.
• Analyze community operation data, summarize operational experience and problems, and regularly output data reports.
• Optimize operational strategies based on data feedback.
• Work closely with the product team, UG team, and other teams to improve the overall community experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• At least 1 year of work experience in community operation.
• Familiar with the local social media ecosystem and have a strong interest in fashion, beauty, food, parenting, and pets.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to derive insights from community data.
• Ability to identify problems in community operations and propose solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in social media platforms and community operation.
• Excellent activity planning and execution capabilities.
• Understanding of Lemon8.

Qualifications
