About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, digital communication, and community engagement. The ideal candidate should be techno-functional—able to work with tools like Microsoft Power Platform while also creating engaging content for internal and external audiences. This role combines training support, content creation, social media management, and community building. It's a great opportunity for a self-starter who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support training material creation and assist in delivering workshops.
  • Develop content for infrastructure site, Power Platform, and internal portals.
  • Manage and maintain Yammer communities and engage with employees.
  • Run and support office hours / open sessions to address queries.
  • Create blogs, social media posts, and thought leadership content to drive engagement.
  • Assist in creating content for social media channels and campaigns.
  • Leverage creative skills in video/blogging/YouTube-style content for knowledge sharing.
  • Understand audience needs and tailor communication accordingly.
  • Work on basic Power Platform tasks (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Collaborate with teams to bring tech + communication together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong project experience (academic or internships) - portfolio, GitHub, or equivalent proof of work preferred.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity in content creation (blogs, vlogs, infographics, social media).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Yammer, SharePoint, YouTube, or WordPress.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running a blog, YouTube channel, or online community.
  • Exposure to social media content strategy and analytics.
  • Ability to balance technical knowledge with user-friendly communication.
