About the Role

Burn Boot Camp Hayes is seeking enthusiastic part-time Front Desk Team Members, known as 'Burn Ambassadors,' to deliver an exceptional experience to members and uphold high standards. The role involves being the first contact for members both in person and on social media, fostering community, and promoting the brand. The position emphasizes positive interactions, community growth, and creating a welcoming environment at the gym.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with gym leads, trials, and members over established communication systems.
Provide positive interactions with members, focusing on member experience and retention.
Record and post social media content, maintaining a strong brand presence.
Engage with potential members to promote and sell memberships.
Ensure proper documents and waivers are signed and on file.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Confident in sales or able to learn a simple sales process.
Ability to capture content for social media and a solid understanding of social media.
Must be available to work at least 2-3 shifts per week, including mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturdays.

Nice to Have

Experience with social media content creation.
