They are hiring part-time Social Media Community Managers to represent their clients' brands and engage with online communities, primarily during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to consumer queries and complaints on social media platforms on behalf of the brand.
  • Engage with the online audience to build positive associations and community connection.
  • Maintain the brand's bright, playful, and happy look and feel in all interactions.
  • Use knowledge of social media best practices and customer service skills to provide authentic interactions.
  • Ensure the brands are connecting with their communities in a genuine, human, and caring manner.

Requirements

  • Strong US English written skills with excellent grammar for crafting engaging responses.
  • Experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management with a brand or digital agency.
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and different audience types.
  • Confidence with digital technology and familiarity with various tech tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Availability to work from 5pm to 5am EST, including weekends.
  • Meet IT requirements: Windows 11 / macOS Ventura or higher, minimum 8GB RAM, reliable home broadband (20 Mbps download/1 Mbps upload minimum), webcam, headset, and compatible device.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with social media content creation and understanding of social media policies.
  • Familiarity with social media engagement techniques and tone of voice.
  • Experience working with virtual machines or advanced IT setup (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in US English language and grammar.
  • Experience in social media engagement or community management.
