  • Design and implement strategies and a content calendar for local community platforms like social media, forums and blogs to engage our community in different local markets, working closely with the Regional Activations team to ensure that initiatives resonate culturally and regionally.
  • Act as one of the primary points of contact for our community members, actively engaging in discussions, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Implement strategies to grow our community organically, leveraging partnerships, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content delivered by the Regional Activations team.
  • Develop and implement backlinking strategies to support SEO objectives, including researching potential link partners, managing outreach campaigns, monitoring backlinks, and ensuring partnerships align with brand guidelines.
  • Gather community feedback and insights to provide actionable recommendations to internal teams, contributing to product improvements and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the localization of our domains in close collaboration with the Regional Activations team to ensure content remains relevant and tailored to local customers.
  • Monitor community platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, Community Growth Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within e-commerce or consumer-focused company.
  • Experience in building or scaling community management capabilities (e.g., setting up frameworks, processes, or strategies for engagement and growth).
  • Proven experience of working with backlinking strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset with proven experience working across teams and regions.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and community-building best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus.
