Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
  • Define target audience segments and develop effective messaging strategies
  • Set marketing budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create project budgets for approval by client representatives
  • Develop creative direction for photoshoots and content creation, and budget them
  • Oversee the execution of photoshoots and content creation, ensuring adherence to budget
  • Manage and optimize online marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Develop engaging content (text, images, video) for social media platforms, blog, and email campaigns
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Run targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads in coordination with our ad agency
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
  • Coordinate with the Director of Ecommerce to optimize website user experience and conversion rates
  • Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales, in tandem with our ad agency
  • Manage online promotions and discounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and media outlets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the music industry or e-commerce
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of music culture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workplace
  • Experience with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Existing relationships with artists, labels, or music industry professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
