Consultant of SEM- Agency, Campaign Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SEM campaign management, from planning to execution and reporting.
• Develop strategic search marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliations.
• Communicate performance insights and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to firmwide processes and media protocols.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across Lines of Business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEM experience managing large-scale, acquisition-focused campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and present to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution and optimization.
• Experience with SA 360, Adobe, Marin, and other third-party tools (preferred).
• Google Ads certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Agency background preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SA 360, Adobe, Marin, and other third-party tools.
