The role of the Corporate Director of Marketing is remote and involves leading strategic marketing initiatives to support community growth and resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute bold, data-driven marketing strategies that align with Jaybird's mission and occupancy goals.
Lead storytelling, campaign development, and brand management to create a consistent, compelling voice across all communities.
Create and optimize digital and traditional marketing efforts—SEO, PPC, direct mail, events—to drive inquiries and move-ins.
Partner with sales teams and community leaders to strengthen marketing integration and improve conversion rates.
Capture and amplify the resident and community experience through powerful content and PR opportunities.
Use analytics, KPIs, and market research to guide decisions and continuously improve ROI.

Requirements

5+ years in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, tools, and trends, as well as traditional marketing tactics.
Ability to build a resonant and inspiring brand.
Love for numbers and use of analytics to refine marketing efforts.
Motivating leadership and collaborative partnership skills.
A passion for creating exceptional experiences for older adults and their families.

Nice to Have

Experience specifically in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality marketing.
Knowledge of market research and analytics tools.
